Summary
Models Table Pro is the commercial edition of the public LifeArchitect.ai Models Table.
It extends the public table with additional fields, calculations, model reports, dashboards, and private analytical data covering compute, scaling, training economics, sustainability, confidence, disclosure, and hardware comparisons.
Models Table Pro is intended for companies, universities, government bodies, research organisations, advisory firms, publishers, and other institutions that require internal access or permission to use Models Table Pro outputs in commercial work.
The licence permits approved internal use and the inclusion of Models Table Pro outputs in reports, presentations, research, advisory work, newsletters, and other commercial deliverables, subject to the Commercial License Agreement below.
Purchase and access
Launch price: US$950 for a 12-month institutional licence.
This introductory price is available for a limited time and may increase for new customers.
This is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically. Your licence includes:
- 12 months of access to Models Table Pro
- Commercial use under the Commercial License Agreement
- Access for a reasonable number of approved internal users
- Models Table Pro reports, dashboards, and updates issued during the licence period
- One 45-minute expert call during the licence period
Manual onboarding: Access is manually provisioned within 48 hours of successful payment. You will receive a separate email when access is active.
The 12-month licence period begins on the access activation date stated in that email.
By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to purchase for the named organisation and accept the Commercial License Agreement on this page.

Commercial License Agreement
Version date: 25 July 2026
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Life Architect Consulting grants the Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use Models Table Pro, its database, scripts, methodologies, reports, dashboards, and resulting outputs, collectively referred to as the “Data”.
The licence applies for a period of 12 months beginning on the access activation date confirmed by Life Architect Consulting. It does not renew automatically. Any renewal requires a new payment and written confirmation of the renewed licence period.
2. Payment and Activation
The licence is conditional upon receipt of the applicable licence fee in full.
Payment confirms the Customer’s order but does not provide immediate access. Models Table Pro is manually provisioned within 48 hours of successful payment, subject to verification of the purchasing organisation and the information supplied during checkout.
No rights under this Agreement vest until access has been activated by Life Architect Consulting. Life Architect Consulting will confirm the activation date and licence end date by email.
3. Usage Rights
3.1 Commercial Distribution: The Customer may use the outputs across commercial deliverables, including paid research, reports, presentations, newsletters, advisory engagements, editorial content, and internal briefings. Outputs incorporated into client-facing or public deliverables should be presented as static figures rather than executed live from the database. Internal live use within the Customer’s organisation is permitted, subject to Section 4. Public-facing outputs derived from the Data should include a visible credit to “LifeArchitect.ai” and “Models Table Pro”, in a form reasonably prominent within the deliverable.
3.2 Modifications: The Customer may export the Data and adjust mathematical constants, such as hardware efficiency or hourly rates, to reflect shifting market conditions. Modifications are for internal use only and may not be redistributed, sublicensed, or resold, whether standalone or as part of a derivative product.
4. Delivery Format
Models Table Pro is provided as an analytical reference resource intended for research, reporting, and strategic review. Internal live use is permitted. The Customer is encouraged to export the Data to Excel, CSV, or an equivalent static format for sustained downstream analysis, providing a reliable snapshot separated from ongoing updates to the source.
5. Refunds
The Customer may request cancellation before access is activated. Where access has not been activated, Life Architect Consulting will ordinarily issue a full refund.
Once access has been activated, the licence fee is non-refundable for change of mind, non-use, personnel changes, internal approval issues, or failure to review the product description or this Agreement before purchase.
If a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal occurs after access has been activated, the licence terminates immediately. The Customer must cease all ongoing use of the Data and delete any live or internally distributed copies, except for static outputs lawfully published before termination.
Nothing in this section excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Expiry, Renewal, and Termination
This Agreement expires at the end of the 12-month licence period stated in the access activation email.
The licence does not renew automatically. Renewal requires payment of a new licence fee and confirmation from Life Architect Consulting.
Life Architect Consulting may terminate the licence for material breach of this Agreement. Upon expiry or termination, the Customer must cease live and ongoing use of the Data. Static outputs lawfully published before expiry or termination may remain in circulation.
Customers may be offered renewal at their previous licence price at the discretion of Life Architect Consulting. A previous price is not guaranteed after the licence has expired.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Data includes estimates derived from stated assumptions and market constants. Life Architect Consulting makes no warranty as to accuracy, fitness for purpose, or suitability for investment, procurement, or commercial decisions. The Customer assumes all risk associated with reliance on the Data.
8. Confidentiality of Private Columns
Certain fields in Models Table Pro are not published in the public version and constitute confidential analytical work product of Life Architect Consulting. The Customer may publish analysis and outputs derived from these fields under Section 3, but shall not redistribute the raw contents of the private columns outside the permitted internal distribution list.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith written discussions.
Mediation may occur only if both parties agree in writing, including on the mediator and costs.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
