Refund Policy – Coaching Sessions
If you wish to cancel your session and get a refund, please do so 48 hours before the session is due to begin. It is possible to get a refund within 60 days of purchase. Please note that there is a $190 charge for session refunds. This is to cover our expenses with administration and lost billable time.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment and we can find another time and day.
If you make an appointment and you don’t show up for it, we will try another contact method and thereafter will conclude that you aren’t showing up. We do not refund for missed appointments.
By booking a session with anyone who offers services via this site, you are accepting these terms of service.
Refunds on Products
All products are non-refundable. This includes books, workbooks, and coaching cards. Please ensure you definitely want the product when you order because we are not able to give a refund if you change your mind at a later date.
Information use
You are 100% responsible for what you do with the information on this website.

Unless otherwise specified clearly, all prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

If you sign up for the free book or newsletter, I will obviously be collecting details from you so I can send you the info you have asked for.
Below I have set out what I do with this info I collect:
Your name and email address are stored in my internal systems and are only used for the purposes of sending you the information you asked for.
The trust of my clients and subscribers is important and I never share, sell or give this information away to anyone outside of this business.
Should you at any time wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list, you may do so by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Your information will be deleted from the system shortly thereafter.
Coaching Sessions – Personal Information & Confidentiality
We ask for personal details before a Coaching Session. These details are only ever used for information before and during coaching. They are kept secure while in our possession. And they are archived once your program is complete.
All those who work with, and on behalf of LifeArchitect.com.au comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
In addition, personally identifiable information (PII) disclosed during a session is not shared with any third parties.
